4mm 6mm 8mm 12mm Hydraulic Sheet Iron Plate Shearing Machine, NC Sheet Metal Shearing Machine
The frame structure of the shearing machine adopts all-steel welding; the four-corner and eight-sided right-angle guide rails have high precision, good rigidity and hydraulic preloading. The hydraulic system adopts two-way plug-in integrated valve, and can be equipped with stroke digital display, photoelectric protection device and mobile workbench. The shearing machine has double-action function of upper slider and lower hydraulic pad, and the working pressure stroke can be pressed within the specified range. The process requires adjustment, and the operation is simple and centralized using buttons.
Adopted fully welded frame,vibration eliminated stress,high rigidity ,hydraulic driving system,nitrogen cylinder return system,sturdy and durable,blade gap adjustment device and fine adjustment can be easily operated ,shadow line for good cutting,photocells at rear parts of machines as protection guard to the operator and other people ,backgauge stroke will be controlled and showed by E21 NC ,backgauge come with reducer box
Single or continuous stroke is at your option,electric door open,machine will stop working,oil tank and electric cabinet door come with rubber seals,throat come with cover
Front support plate come with balls ,thus ,facilitate feeding plate
